Lover of food, fan of Ljubljana, Ljubljana = becoming a genuine culinary capital, do the maths and you get the reason I created this blog.
Disclaimer: I am a person who loves or hates things so be prepared for some brutal but honest opinion.
Ljubljana has great potential for may things, including food, but also some major flaws in forms of people who are too set in their ways and are still not open for new possibilities globalisation has to offer.
In this blog, there will be also some dishes mentioned I prepare myself. I LOVE international food but I feel I have to tell people stories of my country through (of course) food, so I will try to sustain myself from writing about food/drinks that are not part of Slovenian story.
